What You’ll Be Doing

  • Architecture & Code Quality | 30 %

    Own the setup, maintenance, and evolution of our frontend (Angular, Tailwind, TypeScript).
    Define standards, drive performance improvements, and shape a scalable architecture.

  • Team Leadership & Mentoring | 25 %
    Technically lead our small frontend team, coach peers, provide feedback, and support onboarding.

  • Feature Development | 20 %
    Build complex UI logic and core components of our platform — focused on usability and reusability.

  • Technical Collaboration | 15 %
    Work closely with Design, Product, and Backend to plan technical requirements early and effectively.

  • Tooling & Prozesse | 10 %
    Improve our CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and evolve our guidelines and design systems.


What we are looking for...

  • Experience
    At least 5 years of frontend development experience — ideally with Angular, Tailwind, and complex SaaS systems.

  • Leadership
    You’ve led developers or technically managed projects and feel confident taking on a clear leadership role.

  • Tech Skills
    You’re confident with TypeScript, design systems, architectural principles, and testing.

    Ideally experienced with Storybook, Redux/State Management, REST/GraphQL, CI/CD.

  • Working Style
    You work proactively and independently and enjoy contributing to cross-functional planning.

  • Communication
    You communicate clearly, give constructive feedback, and find common ground quickly — ideally in both German and English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with GitHub Actions, Vercel, AI-supported development, or developer experience topics

  • Storybook, State Management/Redux, CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, Vercel)

  • SaaS or B2B experience

  • Interest or experience with AI-assisted development

  • Accessibility knowledge
